  • Membership is not a requirement, but all event participants will automatically be incorporated into our community and newsletter recipient list.
  • Events must be open to the public.
  • Events hosts control general public ticketing pricing but Nō Studios Members attend free of charge.
  • All attendees must register via the Nō Studios registration platform unless an exception is negotiated.
  • The event is community focused and/or arts centric.

  • Promotion on our channels including social media, website, and our newsletter. See Marketing Services.
  • Potential for inclusion on our blog and/or WISN12 News series, Community Curated.
  • Delivery of the  necessary resources to amplify the event including attendee reception, event and bar staff, furniture set-up, catering coordination, and production services as required and negotiated.

Note that there is a fee for hosting online sessions that generally starts at $500. See video recap example.


In-Venue Workshops

Connect with local and national experts via workshops or performances. The cost is mapped to our cost of delivery which is dependent upon the time of day, day of week and intensity of the event.

FAQ

  • What is the eligibility criteria?

    • The event must be open to the public.
    • Events must be arts or community centric.
    • The Nō Studios registration platform must be used unless an exception is negotiated. In all instances, Nō Studios must have access to the event registration.
    • Nō Studios must receive marketing material at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. Nō Studios reserves the right to create art for the event.
    • Nō Studios must receive event logistics at least two weeks orior to the event date and a 50% downpayment is required to reserve an event space.
