Our Nō Studios saké sommelier will introduce you to the history of saké and guide you through a tasting and pairing. Pairings will be provided by a local restaurant.

A brief history of saké with a particular focus on the region and breweries for the particular saké selection for the tasting.

WHAT IS SAKÉ?
The origin of saké predates recorded history. As technology and food science have progressed, the varieties of sake have blossomed and, in turn, spawned a rich selection of whiskeys and cocktails incorporating the sake product. Nō Studios is excited to celebrate this delicious, complex drink along with its various types and iterations.
